I set myself a goal in December and wrote it on my calendar so I could see it each day.

I promised myself that in 6 months, I’d have my new sound healing business off the ground, figure out who I actually am and to achieve a more balanced life rather than the roller coaster that I was previously living with my ADHD & autism diagnosis last summer.

I’m longer trying to fit in and the people around me love ME for who I am .

Thanks to all you lovely lot , May was my busiest month ever, I’m being more authentic, honest and kinder to myself and really discovering where I’m going and what I finally want from life .

Don’t get me wrong it’s not been easy, I’ve had to be more selfish, put boundaries in, work harder and also just cut myself some slack.

Basically I’m loving it and meeting new beautiful people along the way which gives me a sense of true community which every single one of us needs .

So , thank you! You don’t know how this means to me .

It’s an absolute must, to once in a while just pause.

Stop working, pushing , achieving and take a moment in life to just breathe, spend time with the ones you love and be surrounded by nature, stunning scenes and of course water .

Your brain will thank you later, the sounds of the trees, birds, water and so much more help your brain waves just calm down , feel more at peace and relax just like a sound bath does but in a different way .

Our few days Rhinefield House Hotel, Hants in Hampshire have come to end but we’ve taken away so much more and now planning for future travels together and getaways with 🤍

Everyone’s tucked up in bed, so I had to take advantage of the sunrise here Rhinefield House Hotel, Hants in the New forest.

The woods were buzzing this morning with all creatures great and small and not a person in sight .✨
