Today we attended the first “In Loving Memory Coffee Morning” ☕️

We discussed a variety of topics, for example we spoke about how to deal with grief and different ways to approach difficult tasks, funeral plans and religious and cultural differences in funerals across the world! It was a lovely time meeting everyone, and it was an honour to hear everyone’s stories🤍

In today’s meeting we painted some rocks for The Kindness Rocks Project, some were painted in honour of loved ones who have passed, and others spreading positive vibes!

We can’t wait to come back to All Saints Community Project Trust next month to discuss more topics☺️

It is Mental Health Awareness Week🤍

"Great mental health care isn’t just clinical, it’s human. Mind’s experts are the heart of human care for mental health, treating people as individuals, not statistics and seeing a person, where others might just see a patient. They know their communities, know their needs and go the extra mile to deliver quality care, when people need it most.

This Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May), help us continue providing life-changing support that really does make a difference.

Together we can make sure no mind gets left behind."

Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) runs from 11 to 17 May 2026. Get involved and help us make sure no mind is left behind.

Funerals in the UK are often bathed in tradition - with many of the beliefs and customs we now associate with funerals dating back many years. As a result, many people have a fixed idea of what a funeral looks like, with cars, flowers and funeral attire often tied to these well-versed traditions.

The reality is, the funeral is changing. Fewer people are opting for tradition, with colourful personalised funerals becoming increasingly commonplace. These types of funerals have become the norm, with families increasingly opting to plan funerals that reflect the life, hobbies and interests of their loved one.

Our Funeral Directors share their memories of personalised funerals that reflect the life, hobbies and interests of the person who has died.
