Thank you Gillingham. Yesterday Sally and I had a wonderful time taking posters around the local businesses promoting our lovely warm and welcoming groups and today I was at Gillingham In-Gear with my husband and his car. Lovely seeing so many vehicles being shown and talking to past and present members.

This fruity frozen yogurt bark is easy freezy and completely Slimming World-friendly, so you can break off a shard whenever you fancy 😋, (I've members who made it in the heat of last week).
