I’ve found the group, I’ve faced the scales, I’ve taken a seat and got the raffle tickets! Will I win? 🥇

It would have been so easy to not commit to group this week as we’re away at my mums BUT successful weight loss takes commitment and consistency even in the weeks you know it hasn’t been great 🙄 but line drawn and I’m ready for a new week ☀️

🌟 A huge congratulations to our amazing Shona Trudgill in our Twydall group on achieving her 6½ stone award today! 🎉💜

What an incredible milestone, and one that deserves to be celebrated.

While she's taking weight loss medication, she's also shown that lasting success is about so much more than the medication itself.

Week after week, she's been coming to group, embracing everything we cover in our support session, learning about herself, understanding her habits, changing behaviours, and developing a healthier mindset around food and weight.

She's put in the work, stayed committed, and proved that the real transformation happens when we combine the right support with a willingness to learn and grow.

This 6½ stone loss is a testament to her determination, resilience, and the power of never giving up.
