124 tenants. 43 properties. One very busy Hausi team.

In just over one month, our team has managed 122 tenant check-ins and check-outs across properties — and our busiest period is nearly over! 🙌

From property checks and paperwork to key collections, viewings and everything else happening behind the scenes, it’s been a full-on few weeks.

A huge thank you to the whole Hausi team for keeping everything moving and making one of our busiest times of the year happen. 💚

Move-in day, the Hausi way 🏡💚

Yesterday was all about new keys, new homes and welcoming our newest tenants to Hausi.

We teamed up with to turn key collection into a proper welcome, with an amazing spread of sweet and savoury treats, iced coffees and matchas waiting for everyone who came through our doors.

It was so lovely seeing the office come to life throughout the day, meeting so many of our new tenants and getting to be a small part of the start of their next chapter.

We’re so excited to announce that hausi© · medway HMO rooms and Rocket and Rolls are teaming up for move-in day!
Tomorrow (Tuesday 1st September), from 11am–3pm, we’ll be welcoming our new students to Hausi with sweet & savoury pastries, baked treats, fruit, cakes, iced coffees, matchas and more to enjoy while you collect your keys and settle into your new home.

Don’t let your kitchen cook your deposit 🍳

Keeping on top of cleaning throughout your tenancy makes a huge difference. A quick kitchen refresh every so often = a lot less stress (and scrubbing 🧽) when it’s time to move out.

Spotted a leak, damage or something that needs fixing? Report it to Hausi during your tenancy. 🛠️ Getting it sorted early can help prevent further damage and make your home a better place to live in the meantime.
