Our services range from 1hr per week to 24hr live-in care.

Oluyinka, one of our dedicated Live-in Care Assistants, consistently goes above and beyond for her client, delivering outstanding person-centred care and making a real difference every day.

Danielle joined us new to care and has been an incredible asset to the team. She is always willing to pick up extra calls and offer support whenever needed, demonstrating a fantastic commitment to both our clients and colleagues.

Live-In Care Assistant – Medway Towns & Surrounding Areas

£885 per week | Enhanced Public Holiday Pay

Are you an experienced care professional looking for a rewarding live-in care role with a supportive and highly rated employer? We are currently recruiting Live-In Care Assistants to support clients across the Medway Towns and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
Previous care experience (essential)
Live-in care experience (preferred)
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer CoS)
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Updated DBS preferred but not essential
Live in Medway or the surrounding area and be able to attend our Gillingham office for interview and training

Your Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and medication support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and dementia support
• Living with clients during placements to provide dedicated care

One of the highest pay rates in the Medway area
24/7 on-call support
Paid training and funded NVQ qualifications (Levels 2–5)

Celebrating 2 years with Linda!

☀️ This coming week the temperatures are due to soar ☀️
As the warmer weather arrives, the wellbeing of our clients and Care Assistants remains our top priority here at Right at Home Medway
During hot weather, it’s especially important to:
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
Keep homes cool by closing curtains and blinds during the hottest part of the day
Wear light clothing and avoid direct sunlight where possible Check in regularly with vulnerable family members, friends, and neighbours

Our Care Assistants are also taking extra precautions to stay safe while supporting clients in the community
A little extra care during hot weather can make a big difference
Stay safe, stay cool, and look after one another
