This Saturday we will be facilitating a FREE Cold Water Therapy Training session, for those of you who have said they would like to volunteer with us in our new premises.

This training will allow you to safely coach people through cold water therapy sessions (pod dipping only). Wild cold water therapy is a whole other ball game, that requires an additional training module, and specific first aid training.

Please send us a private message if you are able to attend.

HUGE WELL DONE to our ladies who attended our morning wellbeing session today. Guided meditation, cold water therapy and a wee sauna. Providing a space for relaxation, connection and healing, that's affordable (suggested donation of £3, to help us buy ice and wood, but if you don't have it, you don't pay it). Because wellbeing should never be inaccessible for people who are financially struggling. In fact, having access to wellbeing tools can enhance your likelihood of escaping poverty, and finding a means of financially supporting yourself 🙏

Well done for making the choice to invest in your health and wellbeing on this glorious Tuesday morning 💛🙏✨️

Hours: 28 hours per week (evenings and weekends included)
