I now have space for a new practitioner to rent the studio on an ad-hoc or regular basis.

• Full day competitive rate
• Key-box entry, enter and leave when you please
• Use of teas, candles, incense included
• Use of towels/mitts/blankets at a small extra charge to cover laundering

The space would be best suited to:

• Massage therapists
• Reiki practitioners
• Facialists
• Talking therapists.and similar industries!

I also love to support those who are just starting up, so will always be on hand to give business guidance and promote your appointment availability.

2025 - the best year of Unwind yet. I don’t think I’ll ever come to terms with the fact that you all choose to come and spend your time with me. Nothing I could say sums it up better than thank you ♥️

Bringing in the new year doesn’t need to be about the things you’ve achieved, but rather the lessons you’ve learned. So I’ll leave you with mine:

- Hustle culture is not productive. Burnout will lose you precious moments of your life. Doing nothing can be productive.
- It’s ok to change your mind. Over and over and over again. It’s ok to believe in something and then stop believing. Let your experiences shape your reality.
- Anything that can be bought again is not important.
- Romanticise every. Single. Thing. Someone special taught me that this year and it really will change your outlook drastically.
- The ones who stood by you through everything? Celebrate them and tell them you love them at every opportunity. Never let them go.
- Never underestimate the power of listening. Sometimes it’s all you need to do.

I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for every single one of you, and I can’t wait to see you all in 2026! 💫
