✨ Exciting things are happening! ✨

Yesterday, we welcomed a few of the lovely residents for a relaxing afternoon of nail painting, and what a wonderful time we had! There was music playing, magazines to browse, plenty of social activities, lots of laughter, conversations, and even a few jokes shared along the way. Seeing everyone smiling, chatting, and enjoying themselves made the day so special.

Our new nail salon is about so much more than beautiful nails—it's about creating opportunities for residents to relax, socialise, boost their confidence, and enjoy a little pampering in a friendly and welcoming environment.🥰💅

🌞💙 A Heartfelt Thank You 💙🌞

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped make our Care Home Open Day on 20th June such a wonderful success.

To our fantastic stallholders, talented entertainers, valued visitors, supportive family and friends, and our incredible community champions – thank you for joining us and helping create such a special day for our residents and wider community.

The sun shone brightly, the atmosphere was full of warmth, laughter, and friendship, and it was truly heartwarming to see so many people coming together. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the day and have shared so much positive feedback about the wonderful experiences they had.

From meaningful conversations and shared smiles to making precious new memories, the day was filled with moments that will be treasured for a long time. It was especially lovely to see the children having so much fun in our interactive zones, with the bouncy castle and face painting proving to be huge hits!

Events like these remind us of the power of community and the joy that comes from bringing people together. Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, volunteered, performed, or contributed in any way. Your kindness, enthusiasm, and generosity helped create a truly memorable day for all.

We are so grateful for your support and look forward to welcoming you again in the future. 💙

🐴 A Very Special Visit from Charles McGee! 🐴

The residents were delighted to welcome Charles McGee from Patchwork Ponies for a truly memorable visit this week.

Spending time with animals can bring so much joy, and Charles certainly put smiles on faces all around the home. Residents had the opportunity to pet him, stroke his soft coat, and some even enjoyed giving him a gentle hug! ❤️

The visit sparked many wonderful conversations and memories, with residents reminiscing about their own pets, experiences with horses, and even stories of working with them in years gone by. It was lovely to see everyone sharing their memories and connecting through these special moments.

There was excitement, laughter, and plenty of smiles throughout the day, making it an experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

A huge thank you to Patchwork Ponies and the wonderful Charles McGee for bringing so much happiness to the residents. We look forward to seeing you again soon! 🐴✨
