Today we are delighted to celebrate a very special milestone as our Client Lead Elona marks 5 years with Home Instead SUR Group.

Starting her journey with us as a Care Professional, she quickly demonstrated the compassion, professionalism and dedication that define Home Instead. Through hard work and a genuine passion for making a difference, she progressed into a Senior Care Professional role before becoming the fantastic Client Lead we know today.

Over the past five years, she has had a positive impact on so many lives. From supporting clients to live independently at home, mentoring and supporting Care Professionals, and building strong relationships with families, her commitment to providing exceptional, relationship-led care shines through in everything she does. The values of compassion, respect, trust and teamwork are at the heart of the Home Instead approach, and these are qualities she demonstrates every day.
