Choosing an essential oil blend can feel overwhelming, so I like to make it simple.

Before your appointment, I’ll look at your consultation form, including your treatment aims, scent preferences and any relevant health information.

I’ll then select a few oils and prepare a small number of blend options specifically with you in mind.

When you arrive, you can smell the different options, see which aromas you’re drawn to, and together we’ll choose your preferred blend for your treatment. 🌿

Why your consultation form matters

Please let me know about any medications, allergies or sensitivities. Some essential oils can interact with certain medications or may not be suitable for everyone.

This information helps me make appropriate choices and, most importantly, helps me keep your treatment as safe and personalised as possible.

You tell me what you need. I’ll do the preparation. You choose the blend you love.

So it’s been a wee while, and there are a few new faces here, so I thought it was time to introduce myself again. 😊

Hi, I’m Lesley Anne

My journey into complementary therapies began just over four years ago, during a challenging time in my own life. Like so many of us, I was feeling stressed, overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. I was searching for something that would help me heal and in the process, I found something I truly fell in love with.

I first trained in Indian Head Massage and was amazed by the positive impact such a simple treatment could have on someone’s wellbeing. Seeing people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed inspired me to keep learning. That curiosity soon grew into a passion for Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, leading me to study Complementary Therapies at City of Glasgow College. I completed my HND there and I’m now continuing my degree at UHI Moray while growing my small business.

Today, I work with both men and women who are looking for a more holistic approach to stress relief and pain management.

For me, treatments are about so much more than massage. I truly believe we’ve lost a little of our human connection. Somewhere amongst the busy lives, social media and endless scrolling, many of us are carrying stress, tension and loneliness without even realising it.

My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can switch off, feel listened to, and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more like yourself.

Whether you come to me for a relaxing treatment, help with ongoing aches and pains, or simply because you need an hour to breathe, you’ll always be welcomed without judgement.

Good morning all

I've decided I won't be posting as much on social media I'm trying to avoid it if necessary, especially with my degree starting at the end of this month, technically its started and I'm playing catch up already 🫣🤣 ill post maybe once a week with available appointments ☯️

This was for the marine skin restore before my clients holiday to remove all the dead skin cells leaving her skin fresh and glowing.

It takes about 90 mins and you are cocooned for about 20 minutes in a body wrap time to unwind the mind with a head massage while your skin is being nourished

It’s always such a pleasure to help people feel comfortable when they come in for a treatment especially if it’s their first time because I know how anxious I can get myself but I promise there is nothing to worry about you’re in safe hands
