Out of all the home visits recently, Ama (second pic) was the most agreeable client 🐕

Working next to an open fire is also now a must for all future home visits FYI.

Ezio & Bryan we’re in need of some upper limb treatment to help with restricted range, acute tendinitis, neck pain and DOMS.

A combination of dry needling, deep tissue massage, PNF stretching and cupping has them back on track for the gains!

I had goodfella Fergie and coffee mastermind from in the clinic this week, helping him prepare for an upcoming half marathon.

As with many runners the tensor faciae latae (TFL) + and IT band pay the price! I treated that with deep tissue massage and cupping as well as some instrument assisted soft tissue treatment on the soleus.

Responsible for up to 80% of the force from lower limbs (below knee) the soleus takes a lot of impact on regular runners. Especially if you are running on your toes!

Had my first day in scrubs while at the CATH lab at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital today. This is part of my placement experiment.
