48 hours to go.

If you’re over 35 and exhausted by generic advice, this is for you.

You’ve been told to “just relax”. Your results are “fine”.

Meanwhile, you’re researching at 2am, taking supplements, tracking everything and slowly feeling like your entire life has become a fertility project.

I created this masterclass because you deserve a clear, evidence-aware conversation, not another impossible protocol to follow perfectly.

Inside my free live 3 Fertility Myths Masterclass, I’ll help you shift:

From generic healthy eating to Precision Fuelling: understanding what your body actually needs for fertility.

From willpower and guilt to supportive systems: making changes that fit around ordinary life.

From searching for one isolated answer to understanding the whole picture: nutrition, hormones, behaviour and physical wellbeing.

Even if you’ve been trying for months, have been told everything is normal, or feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, this session is designed to help you understand what matters next.

“Your results are fine.”

Then the appointment ends, but your questions don’t.

If you’re over 35 and still not pregnant, “fine” is not always the same as having a clear plan.

You deserve to know:

• What exactly was tested?
• What does the result actually tell you?
• What can’t it tell you on its own?
• What should be considered alongside it?

The whole picture matters: nutrition, hormones, behaviour and physical wellbeing.

Monday morning, and your fertility to-do list is already running the day.

Supplements beside the kettle.
Symptom tracking on your phone.
Another article open from 2am.
Working out when to have s*x.
Trying to look fine while carrying the mental load of every decision.

If TTC feels like a second job, I see you.

But more pressure is not the same as more support. And this is not a willpower failure. You cannot simply work harder and guarantee a healthy pregnancy.

You need supportive systems that work in real life: clear information, practical next steps and a plan that does not require you to think about fertility every minute of every day.

That is the shift I’ll be exploring in my free live 3 Fertility Myths Masterclass.

That Sunday night knot in your stomach is real.

Monday is approaching: another week of appointments, work, supplements, fertility decisions and unanswered questions.

Feeling anxious does not mean you are causing a problem. One difficult weekend does not determine your fertility.

A positive, low-pressure action you can take is joining my free live 3 Fertility Myths Masterclass for women over 35.

I’ll walk you through three important shifts:

• Generic healthy eating to Precision Fuelling
• Willpower and over-effort to Supportive Systems
• One isolated answer to the Whole Picture

Thursday 17 September 2026, 7pm BST / 2pm ET, live on Zoom only. Approximately 90 minutes, including optional Q&A. No replay.

Come for clarity, not perfection. You do not have to figure everything out tonight.

Family questions can sound harmless: “When are you going to have children?”

But when you are already counting cycles, replaying appointments and watching birthdays pass, it does not feel like a casual question. It can feel like a spotlight on your age, your decisions, low AMH, failed treatment, miscarriage or the time you feel you have lost.

You may love your family and still need them to stop asking. Both can be true.

Their concern does not give them access to every detail. Your fertility journey is not a public deadline, and rushing will not create certainty.

You are allowed to feel angry, frightened or grief-stricken. You are allowed to protect your privacy and decide what you share, and when.

If you need the words, try: “I know you care, but questions about children are difficult for me. I’ll tell you if I want to talk about it.”

You are not behind because someone else has a timeline in mind. You deserve accurate information, practical support and space to make decisions without being watched.

Save this post so you know you are not the only one. The isolation makes it worse.

You can be choosing “healthy” foods and still feel hungry, tired or stuck in a cycle of cravings by late morning.

That does not mean you have failed. It may mean your meals need a more specific conversation.

Three signs generic healthy eating may not be enough:

1. Breakfast is coffee, toast and good intentions, but little to keep you satisfied.

2. Your meals leave you hungry again quickly, or reaching for snacks before you planned to.

3. You are choosing isolated “healthy” foods without looking at the full pattern: enough protein, fibre, essential fats, carbohydrates and variety across the day.

This is not about banning toast, fearing carbohydrates or creating a perfect fertility plate.

It is about moving from generic healthy eating to Precision Fuelling: a personalised, realistic and evidence-aware way to think about what your body may need, based on your goals, preferences and real life.

I’ll be unpacking this in my free live 3 Fertility Myths Masterclass, alongside two other common beliefs that can leave women over 35 confused about what to do next.

Saturday nights used to be for making plans, dinner with friends, laughing, relaxing and actually being present.

What do you wish they looked like now? Enjoying the evening snuggling up to your perfect little one, drawing the blinds and sterilising the bottles, early nights because you know you'll be up in a few hours for night feeds?

What do they actually look like? Checking the app. Replaying the week. Timing s*x. Wondering about another drink. Pretending you’re fine while your mind keeps running.

You can care deeply about conceiving and still miss the version of yourself who could enjoy a Saturday night. That is not selfish. It is human.

You do not need more willpower or more rules. You need a supportive system that gives you clarity without taking over your life.

You can research fertility until 2am, add another supplement and track every detail, yet still feel completely unsure what to focus on next.

That is not a lack of effort.

It is often a lack of context.

In my free live 3 Fertility Myths Masterclass, I’ll unpack three important shifts:

1. From generic healthy eating to Precision Fuelling: understanding what your body needs, and why.

2. From willpower and over-effort to Supportive Systems: building habits that support your fertility without making your life smaller.

3. From searching for one isolated answer to seeing the Whole Picture: nutrition, hormones, behaviour and physical wellbeing working together.

This is not another impossible list of rules. It is a chance to step back, understand the bigger picture and leave with a clearer place to begin.

You changed your breakfast yesterday, then caught yourself looking for proof it had worked.

Was your blood sugar steadier? Had you already improved egg quality? Had you somehow made up for the difficult week before?

I understand the urgency. When time feels precious, every meal can start to feel like a verdict.

But the egg ovulated today did not start developing today. Egg development and maturation take place over a longer period, often discussed as roughly 90 to 120 days.

Think of it as a runway, not a 30-day exam.

Supportive nutrition, movement, sleep, stress support and appropriate clinical care may all form part of fertility preparation over time. Patterns matter more than perfection.

One perfect month cannot guarantee conception, and one difficult week does not destroy your chances. The useful question is not, “Did I do everything right?” It is, “What is one realistic action I can repeat this week?”

I’m teaching this in my free live masterclass on Thursday 17 September at 7pm BST. It is live only, lasts up to 90 minutes including Q&A, and everyone who stays to the end receives my Fertility-Friendly Breakfast Pack.

This is educational information, not medical advice. Fertility is individual, and no nutrition or lifestyle approach can guarantee egg quality, conception or pregnancy. Please speak with your doctor or fertility team about your personal care.

A positive test after one new change can make that change feel like the answer. But timing is not proof of cause.

A result may reflect several factors working together over time. I want you to understand that so that you do not give one final change all the credit, so that you can recognise the value of consistent foundations, and so that you are less vulnerable to miracle claims built around one supplement, food or routine.

This does not mean the final change was irrelevant. It means fertility is more complex than a neat before-and-after story. A research-led approach looks at nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, cycle health, relevant medical factors and your individual history alongside appropriate clinical care.
