In 2005, Diaverum Poland reached an important milestone with the opening of six new dialysis clinics in Lublin, Jarosław, Olsztyn, Starogard Gdański, Gdańsk and Włocławek.

By expanding access to kidney care across the country, these clinics helped bring treatment closer to more patients and communities, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Diaverum Poland.

More than two decades later, that commitment remains as strong as ever. Today, Diaverum continues to support patients through a nationwide network of clinics and dedicated healthcare professionals, delivering life-enhancing renal care where it is needed most.

🧡 As we celebrate 35 years of Diaverum, we look back with pride at the milestones that have shaped our journey and the thousands of patients we have been privileged to care for.

This World Organ Donation Day, we recognise the life-changing impact of organ donation and the importance of ensuring patients have access to transplantation opportunities worldwide. 🧡

At Diaverum, our Fly Back Programme supports eligible dialysis patients who are on active transplant waiting lists by enabling them to travel and enjoy holidays abroad, while ensuring they can quickly return to their home country should a kidney become available.

By helping remove barriers to travel and transplantation access, the programme allows patients to enjoy greater freedom, flexibility, and peace of mind throughout their transplantation journey.

We believe that every patient deserves access to life-enhancing renal care.

Kidney transplantation can be life-changing for eligible patients 🧡

For many people living with kidney disease, kidney transplantation is more than a treatment - it is an opportunity to restore kidney function, improve quality of life, and embrace new possibilities.

Ahead of World Organ Donation Day on 13 August, we’re sharing a video on kidney transplantation to help raise understanding around this important treatment option.

🎥 Watch the video to learn more, and share it with your community to help spread awareness.

As we celebrate 35 years of life-enhancing renal care this year, we're looking back at an important milestone in Diaverum's journey: our expansion into Saudi Arabia. 🇸🇦

We began building our presence in the Kingdom in 2011 and strengthened our commitment in 2013 through a landmark partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Health, helping bring high-quality, patient-centred renal care to more people across the country.

What started as an ambitious vision has grown into one of Diaverum's largest operations worldwide, today caring for more than 4,700 patients across 40 clinics throughout the Kingdom.

Our teams across Saudi Arabia continue to be guided by the same values that have shaped our journey from the beginning: competence, passion, inspiration, and a commitment to True care.

We're proud of how far we've come and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey. ✨

What does it mean to truly walk in a patient's shoes? 🧡

For Magali Bourgeois, podiatrist at Diaverum France, it's not a metaphor - it's lived experience.

While supporting patients every day, Magali is also undergoing dialysis and awaiting her fourth kidney transplant.

Her unique perspective inspired an initiative to bring podiatry consultations directly into the dialysis clinic, making preventative care easier to access and helping patients maintain their mobility and independence.

In this Diaverum Awards spotlight, discover why Magali's initiative was recognised with the True care Award last year.

At Diaverum, sustainability is an ongoing journey. 🌱

In 2023, we introduced our 2023–2025 ESG roadmap, built around five key ESG pillars that guided how we worked to support our patients, our people, our communities, and the environment.

As we look ahead, we're building our 2026–2028 ESG strategy based on what we've achieved and the valuable lessons we've learned together across our organisation.

Every step we take helps us create a more sustainable future while continuing to provide high-quality care for our patients.
