We are growing our network of experienced sessional trainers who have the skills and experience to deliver the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills course either online or in person.

We are looking for individuals who understand the developmental nature of skills training, can balance support with appropriate challenge and model integrity within the training relationship.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

✅ COSCA certificate level trainer accreditation or eligibility for trainer accreditation (through experience of delivering COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills courses)
✅ a professional registration with COSCA, BACP, or equivalent
✅ post-qualification counselling practice experience
✅ experience facilitating group learning
