When walking we create Ground Reaction Forces from the ground that pass around the joints of our body. The position and magnitude of these force lines will dictate which muscles work and how, and the forces acting around the joints of the body.
By understanding your alignment you will be better able to understand why certain muscles work harder than another muscle. You will have a better understanding of why you suffer pain, are prone to injury, or not recovering from an injury.

Injection Therapy
