If you’ve ever called our Bluebird Care Glasgow South office, chances are you’ve spoken to these two friendly faces!

👋 Diane is our Supervisor, and Saran is our Operations Manager. Together, they keep everything running smoothly, supporting our incredible Care Experts and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care every day.

🏆 Did you know they’re both award winners?

✨ Diane was named Care Coordinator of the Year at the Bluebird Care Awards 2026, recognising her outstanding dedication and commitment.

✨ Saran was awarded Team Player of the Year at the Bluebird Care Awards 2025, celebrating his teamwork, leadership and unwavering support for both colleagues and customers.

💙 Together, they bring over 13 years of experience with Bluebird Care—with Diane celebrating 8 years and Saran 5 years. Their knowledge, compassion and commitment help make a real difference to our team and the families we support every day.
