Salt therapy, or halotherapy, involves breathing in microscopic salt particles in a controlled, spa-like environment. This can reduce inflammation, clears mucus, and relieves symptoms of respiratory issues (like asthma and COPD) and skin conditions.

We have Himalayan salt lamps which create a calming atmosphere and our salt room.
