Huge well done to everyone who finished the Devil o' the Highlands Footrace ๐Ÿ˜ˆ last Saturday in some pretty warm conditions especially our GRC Racing Athletes Ryan, John and Lynn! The Rainbow Arch of dreams!!! Good luck to our GRC Athletes racing the Devil o' the Highlands Footrace tomorrow. A great performance from our Jonny over the weekend at the HARDMOORS 55 Ultramarathon in North Yorkshire โ›ฐ๏ธ Jonny started off in the top field of runners and managed to make up some places to finish 3rd overall ๐Ÿฅ‰in what was a super FAST, course-record breaking year ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. We are so proud of him! 55 miles, over 7,000ft of ascent in 8hrs 11 mins. He is at work today and should have really taken a day off, so if you see him, be sure to give his quads a little congratulatory slap ๐Ÿ˜œ

It's time!!! ๐Ÿ”ฅWishing physio and running coach, Jonny, good luck tomorrow as he tows the start line for the HARDMOORS 55 โ›ฐ๏ธ

The Hardmoors 55 is a 55 mile Ultramarathon running from ย Guisborough to Helmsley. The 55 mile race will take competitors through the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. The race contains over 2000 metres of ascent and has a time limit of 16 hours. The weather looks to be on your side! โ˜€๏ธ

Good luck to the members of our GRC Racing Team doing the John Muir Way 50KM Ultramarathon tomorrow, including Mariam! The route takes in the Eastern section of the John Muir Way along some beautiful coastal trails. Some new trails for Mariam and pretty flat too....not a mountain in sight ๐Ÿ˜…...definitely outside her comfort zone. Enjoy the day and looks like the weather is on your side โ˜€๏ธ
