Just to be clear, this is simply where my mindset is at now.
I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with going through a diet phase without missing a beat. In fact, I think there’s a lot to be learned from doing something that disciplined at least once. It can teach you a lot about yourself, your habits and what you’re truly capable of.
But having done that, I sometimes ask myself: what do I have left to prove?
Right now, I’m more focused on building a sustainable approach that allows me to enjoy the process rather than just endure it.
And honestly, I couldn’t be more proud of every phase I’ve been through to get here.
