I’ve been getting messages from past members wanting to come back to our Slimming World groups but are worried for one reason or another, so let me put your mind at ease because I know you're not alone 🥰
You might be saying to yourself:
❤️ ‘No way, I haven't been to group for ages. I couldn't go back now.’
💙 ‘I've put weight back on, I can’t go back.’
💛 'I've joined so many times now, I'm worried about what everyone will think.’
🧡 ‘I'm so embarrassed to go back now.’
💜 'Elaine messaged me a while back and I didn't reply.'
These feelings are what stop us from achieving our dreams, they keep us away from group and away from all the support we need to succeed.
So please be reassured that in our Slimming World groups, you will be welcomed back with warmth, care and respect. No matter how the past couple of weeks, months or years have been for you, we're only ever looking forward to a positive future.
If you’re ready to give your weight loss dreams another shot, pick yourself up, dust yourself down and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters and we're honestly our own worst critic) what you're truly made of for summer, take that decision right now.
