A friendly reminder to all gift voucher holders:

🎁 Please bring your physical gift voucher with you on the day of your appointment. Please treat your voucher like cash, as it is required for redemption.

If a voucher is not presented at the appointment, full payment for the treatment will be required on the day.

📅 All treatments booked using a gift voucher require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the voucher being redeemed in full.
• Cancellation fees may apply in line with the booking policy.
• Once a treatment has been booked, all payments, deposits and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
