✨ I’m hosting my first pop-up ✨

Fusion Pilates + Sauna + Cold Water Therapy

📅 Friday 27th February | 6–8pm
🎟 Tickets £30 - Only 11 available

We’ll challenge the body & core using the Pilates ball & ring, bands, & ankle weights - always optional & with modifications to suit everyone 💪🧘‍♀️

After class, we’ll move into our private session in the sauna room to relax & recharge in the heat of the sauna & cold tub.

Ending with a guided sauna session focused on the breath & neck and shoulder tension release so you’ll leave feeling ✌️

The perfect Friday night to move, sweat, and unwind.

We’re now in the Year of the Fire Horse - “strong, free, and moving with energy & confidence”. Let’s celebrate Fusion Pilates style doing what we love! …or maybe you’ll be trying something new! 🫶🏼
