It's getting hot! With temperatures set to climb over the next couple of days, it's a great chance to get out and enjoy the heat.

And to make sure the sun stays fun, we're issuing some simple tips:

💧 Drink plenty of water
🧴 Use sunscreen and seek some shade
🍔 Take care when cooking outdoors

A little bit of planning goes a long way in avoiding sunburn, dehydration and other summer slip-ups.

At Kellock Pharmacy we have a dedicated NHS Quit your way support worker to help you on your smoking cessation journey. Drop in clinic runs every Tuesday from 1pm - 3pm . At the clinic you get a one to one chat and a quit attempt personalised to you to give you the best chance of success . So whether this is your first attempt at quitting or you have tried before pop in to see what help is available.

You can pop in or call to arrange a suitable time to have a quick private consultation with our pharmacist who can offer a discreet and professional service . Consultation is free and price for medication starts from £13 . So whatever reason you want to delay your Period for we can make it quick and easy for you to get on with your plans .
