One of the most important parts of my job is knowing when to say no.

Not every concern needs treatment, and not every treatment is the right one for every patient. If I don’t think something will genuinely benefit you, I’ll always tell you. Sometimes the best outcome is reassurance, a different treatment plan or simply waiting.
