Many of us working in mental health, nursing, and allied roles support individuals where emotional responses, relational patterns, and presentations can feel complex or difficult to shift.

Schema Therapy offers a trauma-informed, evidence-based framework to help make sense of these patterns—particularly in relation to early experiences, coping styles, and relational dynamics.

We’re running a low-cost online workshop (£10) designed to offer a clear and practical introduction to this approach.

This may be particularly relevant for those supporting individuals with complex needs, trauma, or personality-related difficulties.
