Finally welcoming everyone back to urban sanctuary 2021!! Reopening on Monday 26th April!!!
Guidance as before if you could please bring a masque with you to the salon and arrive 5 minutes prior appointment time to avoid overcrowding in the reception area. *Please give 48 hours if you need to cancel to avoid cancelation fee*

***On 22nd July urban sanctuary will be opened for treatments. Bookings are now being taken with a deposit to secure your allocated appointment date and time.48 hour cancellation notice period is required please or your deposit will be NON refundable. ***

On the day of your appointment please bring a mask with you don’t worry if you forget I can supply!
You will be greeted at the door and brought straight through to the treatment room.
Sorry there is no reception area being offered at this time to avoid overcrowding within the salon.
Twenty minute spaces have been allocated in between each client for clean and sanitisation within the treatment room.
Would be great for everyone to do their best to keep to their appointment time and not be late to make things run smoothly.... I’m well aware that goes for me also!!
This is all a new and a very strange time for us all to go through and I appreciate your patience and understanding as we all adapt to this new way of life together.
