We've had the privilege of supporting so many workplace teams with our seated acupressure massage sessions, helping employees take a well-deserved pause, reset, and recharge during the working day.

The gratitude, positive feedback, and smiles we've received have been amazing to see 💫

A huge thank you to every company and team who welcomed us into their workplace this week - it's inspiring to see businesses investing in employee wellbeing and creating space for mental health conversations 💫

We're also excited to share that we've welcomed two new clients starting with us next week .

We can't wait to support even more teams and continue spreading wellbeing in the workplace.

Thank you to the team at Clyde Valley Housing Association 💫

We’re a little late in sharing, but given it was Stress Awareness month in April, we decided not to stress over it.

Was lovely to welcome Grace Taylor from Incorporate Massage to our offices again to offer colleagues some space and time to relax as part of our workplace massage offer, all adding to the the colleague experience!

A huge thank you to Incorporate Massage for delivering such a professional and relaxing experience, and to everyone who took part and made time for themselves. Initiatives like this reflect our continued commitment to creating a supportive, healthy workplace where wellbeing really matters, and sometime it can just be the little things!

April is Stress Awareness Month, this years theme is

Be it for yourself or your team 💫

A timely reminder that workplace wellbeing should be more than just a conversation.

One simple but powerful way organisations can support their teams is through seated workplace massage.
Short, accessible massage sessions during the workday can help:
* Reduce stress and muscle tension
* Improve focus and productivity
* Boost morale and show employees they are valued
* Encourage people to take meaningful breaks

Office days can involve long hours at desks, constant screen time, and very little time to reset. Even a 10-15 minute seated massage can make a noticeable difference to how someone feels for the rest of their day.

Supporting employee wellbeing doesn’t always require big changes, sometimes it’s the small, practical interventions that have the biggest impact.

This Stress Awareness month, it’s worth asking: What small steps can we take to help?

Having a business that’s supports mental health in the workplace makes every day for us deeply fulfilling.

Over the years our role hasn’t just been about the massage, but a time out for team members to sometimes just ‘off load’, cry and talk.

Seated acupressure offers an accessible, low-cost strategy for improving workplace wellbeing by supporting stress management, emotional balance, and overall mental health.

Thank you to the team at Frontline Safety UK ❤️

Blue Monday can be a long day for a lot of people.

At Frontline Safety, we know wellbeing is more than just mental and physical safety. It’s about how supported our people feel, taking time to pause, and creating space for small things that make a difference.

Today we’ve focused on exactly that.
On-site massages for the team, fresh fruit, smoothies and health shots, and encouragement to step away from desks for a few minutes and reset.

Nothing overcomplicated. Just practical support, thoughtful gestures, and a reminder that looking after our people is part of how we work every day.
