“I just want to feel switched off from the world.”

That’s how Natalie described how she was feeling before her session.

Busy. Mentally overloaded. Constantly “on”.

Rebecca focused on releasing tension through Natalie’s upper back and shoulders with a deep tissue massage, and by the end of the session she said:

“I’m feeling amazing. Very relaxed. Very chilled. I’m not even thinking about work.”

A big moment for Jakub.

After years of studying, practising, revising, and learning the body inside out, he has passed his physiotherapy exams.

A huge achievement, and we’re very proud of him.

Many of you already know Jakub through his massage work at Deserved Massage. He’s calm, thoughtful, focused, and very good at listening to what’s actually going on in someone’s body.

His formal licence and certificate will still take a little while to come through, so he is continuing to offer massage therapy with us as normal for now.

But this is still a brilliant milestone.

And good news if you’ve been trying to find a time with him:

Jakub is now opening up more availability and will be working Monday to Friday.
