After being away in Vancouver for 12 days, I came back and these guys absolutely showed me what they’re made of!

They turned up, worked hard, pushed themselves and showed me just how strong they’ve become. 💪🔥

So proud to see the progress, determination and energy in this team. You guys just keep getting stronger!

I feel so blessed that so many amazing people took the time to come along, train with me, have some fun and bring such incredible energy to every class. It honestly fills my heart more than you know. ❤️

Thank you to every single person who showed up, gave it their all, embraced the madness 😂 and always brought their best foot forward — usually with a smile on their face!

What a start to the weekend at Alchemy! 💥

From Friday night’s Circuit Training to Saturday morning Strikes, the energy has been absolutely unreal! 🔥

It was also brilliant to see members grabbing the new Strength & Conditioning Cards, partnering up, and getting stuck into some fantastic sessions. Seeing everyone train with confidence, encourage each other, and push themselves is exactly what Alchemy is all about.

The determination this weekend has been through the roof, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Keep showing up, keep supporting each other, and keep chasing those goals—you’re all smashing it! 👊🧡🖤
