Hello dancers,

We would love to welcome you into the space for the next Ecstatic Dance.

Ecstatic Dance invites us to explore connection—to self and to others—through the playfulness and freedom of expressive movement.

Lara will open the session with somatic practices to help you settle your inner and outer space and prepare you for embodied exploration, before flowing into a freeform unguided dance.

We then complete the journey with a restorative sound bath, to help integrate the experience and support a grounded return to self.

"Who am I in relation to others in the group".

This is a two part workshop, the first part happening in person and the second part online.

In this dimension, the wound expresses itself as fear of rejection, loss of belonging, and shame.
