ked and I lost 3 stone. I did workshops with David Hamilton who believes that the mind can heal the body. This is why I totally believe that the mind is so powerful that we can do anything we want to. Along with Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching I also practice Reiki and Mediumship. I have had fantastic results from Reiki and incorporate this into my Hypnotherapy sessions as I fully believe they both go hand in hand with each other. Being an intuitive with mediumship skills from a young age I help clients be the spiritual person they are by teaching them ways to connect to their higher self.
