Beginning 5 yeas ago in Whistler, Canada, I first discovered the art of massage. I learned how to envelope a person into a deep state of relaxation and have them float away after a treatment. One year and hundreds of happy people later, I had fallen in love with massage. For me, making people happy is compulsive and discovering massage fueled my addiction. I furthered my studies at the Western School of Massage in Glasgow, gaining a diploma in Swedish massage and furthering a passion for anatomy. Through the guidence of their experineced therapists I lernt the importnace of a holistic approach and the delicate balance between the systems of the human body. This developed my skill as a therapist and compelled me to consider the person inside and out, body and soul. At the London School of Massage I became a qualified trigger point therapist. This allows me to isolate and then release points of tension within taught bands of muscles. I find this type of massage particularly rewarding as it envolves anatomical exploration with human conversion to source out the root cause of (often hard to explain) pain. Today I combine these techhniques and knowledge to produce a laterally thought out and indivudally evolved treament that seeks to rejouvenate, repair and relax. Through massage I endevour to share my compasion and energy to help return bodies and minds to a blissful balance.

On Monday I married my soul mate, didn’t think I could love him any harder but wow was I wrong. Holy gods thank you for the most beautiful day of my life. It was imperfectly perfect from start to finish. This was the best party I have ever been to and cannot be topped. Hey there friends,

It is once again time for me to clock another year onto my tally. What an eventful year it has been spinning, joyfully, around the sun! This year has been very busy and taught me a tremendous amount! Planning a wedding has reminded how blessed I am to have such amazing my friends and family. Becoming chief gardener has taught me not to attach so much importance to the outcome (thanks to my finance for helping me realise not all flowers will grow as expected and that’s ok) and then successfully putting down a herringbone floor (without breaking up) helped me practice patience and that finished is better than perfect!

With Silver Circle I am so greatful that I found the most amazing mentor to learn from about the body. I got deep, deep very into the world of biomechanics and gathered some very exciting information about how to help people move better and resolve chronic pain. Then I moved into a lovely new room so I have space to do just that! Biomechanic assessments coming soon!!

So, to celebrate this year of being blessed and bossing life, the eventual arrival of summer and my upcoming nuptials I am once again putting on the best massage deal you will find this side of the Clyde.

Once I asked my my mother what she most wants for the future and she said
" For all my children to be happy, healthy and set up for their future. "
In this moment I truly understood for the first time how becoming a mother immediately ties your future happiness and life purpose to that of another. It is the beautiful sacrifice of being a mother and I thank you with all my heart.
