Am so excited to announce my man of the year x he sits with all the woman every week and listens only now and then making a comment but recently he has started to come out his shell . He has a lot going on his life but can be found on a Monday walking around Mount Vernon with "the older crowd " his words he said he feels younger hanging around with them at the walk and natter that he organises.Meet our Alan and he also won slimmer of the week x so who says slimming world is just for woman x
