Red and near-infrared light therapy uses targeted wavelengths of light and is commonly used to support skin vitality, recovery, circulation and general wellbeing, making it a brilliant complement to hands-on massage and facial treatments.

At NOVO Therapy, you’ll be able to experience it in two ways:

🔴 As an add-on to selected massage treatments, adding dedicated red light time to your session.

✨ As part of the new Facial Vitality Treatment, combining facial massage techniques with red light therapy for a relaxing, skin-focused treatment designed around radiance, vitality and wellbeing.

You never really know the impact of a small gesture.

Earlier this year I donated a massage voucher to a Beatson fundraising event.

This week I travelled to the winner for their treatment, and before I left they handed me these sunflowers and a handwritten card with a beautiful message.

I didn’t expect anything in return, but moments like this are a reminder of the kindness that’s still out there.
