🌻BRIGHTEST LAMMAS/LUGHNASADH BLESSINGS🌻

And the wheel of the year turns.
Midpoint between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox.
It is now high summer and the union of Sun and Earth, God and Goddess has produced the first harvest. Lammas is the celebration of the first Grain Harvest, a time for gathering in and giving thanks for abundance.
The word Lammas is derived from “loaf mass” and is an indication of how central and honoured is the first grain and the first loaf of the harvesting cycle.
At Lammas the Goddess is in her aspect as Grain Mother, Harvest Queen, Harvest Mother, Earth Mother. The fullness and fulfilment of this present harvest already holds at its very heart the seed of all future harvest. So as the grain harvest is gathered in, there is food to feed the community through the winter and within that harvest is the seed of next years rebirth, regeneration and harvest. The Grain Mother is ripe and full, heavily pregnant she carries the seed of the New Years Sun God within her. It is also the great festival of Lugh and God of Light.
The bounty and energy of Lugh of the Sun is now beginning to wane. It is a time of change and shift. Active growth is slowing down and the darker days of winter and reflection are beckoning. Lugh surrenders his life with the cutting of the corn.
Rejoice in all that we have.
Let us dance in the sun wearing wild flowers in our hair.

☀️BRIGHTEST SUMMER SOLSTICE BLESSINGS☀️

As the wheel turns again we find ourselves at Litha/summer solstice. The longest day and shortest night of the year. This is the peak of the solar year and the sun is at the height of its life giving power. The earth is awash with fertility and fulfilment ~ a time of joy and celebration of expansiveness and achievements. As the light reaches its peak this is also the moment when the power of the sun begins to wane ~ days will start to grow shorter and the nights grow longer ~ we are drawn back into the dark to complete the wheel of the year. ~ light signifies growth and expansion ~ dark means withdrawal and rest ~ both are necessary. The goddess is now full pregnant with child and the sun god is at the height if his virility.
At this time of year The Oak king is rich in abundance but he too surrenders his reign to his brother twin the Holly king as the descent begins.
Most powerful day of the year for the sun god this Sabbat glorifies the sun god and the sun. The element of fire is very important as it is the most easily seen and immediately felt element of transformation. It can burn, consume, shed light, cook or purify. Also used to drive out evil and bring fertility and prosperity to men,crops and herds. Bonfires are lit to honour the fullness of the sun. At Litha the bonfire represents a reflection of the sun at the peak of its strength. Litha is sacred to the Mother Goddess and to pregnant women. As the earth grows plump with life,fruit and veg. So the goddess swells with life. Litha Celebrates abundance, fertility, the beauty and bounty of nature. The journey into the harvest season has begun.

❤️🔥 BRIGHTEST BELTANE BLESSINGS ❤️🔥
Wishing everyone brightest Beltane blessings.
And the wheel turns. It is now halfway between the Spring Equinox and Summer Soltice. We have shed the darkness of the winter and reawakened to the light half of the year. Bringing in May. Beltane means “bright fire”. It is a festival of celebration of fertility, fire, growth and abundance. The Earth Mother opens up to the fertility god and their Union brings about healthy livestock,strong crops and new life all around. A time when the trees are greening and flowers are blossoming. One of the 2 times in the year where the “veil thins” ~ easier to make contact with spirits and gods.
Celebrates Divine Feminine, fertility rites, planting ceremonies and goddess worship. The union of the God and Goddess. The Maiden Goddess has reached her fullness ~ manifestation of growth and renewal ~ Flora, the goddess of spring, May Queen. The young Oak king, the green man falls in love with her and wins her hand. The marriage is consummated and she becomes pregnant ~ symbols of the sacred marriage. Fertility of our personal creativity ~ need fertile minds for our work, families and interests.
Farmers would pass their cattle through the smoke of the fire to protect them from illness and bring fertility.
The weaving dance of the maypole symbolises the spiral of life and the union of the Goddess and God, the union between Earth and Sky. Hand fasting ceremonies. Braiding of hair honours the union of the God and Goddess. Season of maturing life and deep found love. The coming together of the masculine and the feminine. The return of vitality and passion of summer.

💚🌼OSTARA BLESSINGS 🌼💚
SPRING/VERNAL EQUINOX. EOSTRE. And the wheel turns. She awakens ~ The Embrace of the Divine Feminine. The land and new beginnings ~ make way for the new ~ Fertility, growth and newborn animals.
A point of perfect balance night and day are of equal length and In perfect equilibrium ~ dark & light, masculine & feminine, Inner & outer in balance. The year is now waxing and at this moment light defeats dark. The natural world is coming alive the sun is gaining in strength ~ the days are becoming warmer and longer. The gentle whispered promise of Imbolc is fulfilled in the evident abundant and fertility of the earth at Ostara. It is now time for the hopes of Imbolc to become action. The goddess Ostara has the shoulders and head of a hare. The symbols of Ostara are the Hare and the Egg.
The Hare is a symbol for the moon, fertility and abundance. The Egg symbolises the rebirth of nature, the fertility of the earth and all creation. The cosmic egg contains a balance of male and female, light and dark in the Egg yolk and egg white. The golden orb of the yolk represents the sun god enfolded by the white goddess so particularly appropriate to Ostara when all is in balance for just a moment, although the underlying energy is one of growth and expansion.

🔥 BRIGHTEST IMBOLC BLESSINGS. 🔥
May the fires of life burn bright within you 🙏.
And the wheel of the year turns. Brighids day /candlemas. WAKE UP MOTHER EARTH. Cross Quarter day ~ Halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Celebrations begin at sundown on the 1st February and all through the day of 2nd February. The quickening of the year. The Crone energy of the winter months shifts into Maiden energy. This day celebrates the passing of winter, preparing for spring as we honour the rebirth of the sun. Goddess Brighid keeper of the sacred flame brings hope, warmth and joy and gently nurtures the just stirring earth. She whispers through the snowdrops "Hold onto your dreams they are as precious as the promise of Spring."
Sabbat of purification after the shut-in life of winter through the renewing power of the sun. The journey back to you begins. 💫new beginnings. 💫stirrings of new life 💫inspiration.
Walk out of the cold of winter into the warmth of spring.
