This summer has certainly tested the allotment... βοΈπ§‘πΌπ₯
The intense heat and lack of rain have made it a real challenge, with countless watering cans and plenty of hopeful glances at the sky.
Despite it all, our tromboncino squash are thriving, the pumpkins and spaghetti squash are slowly growing, and the artichokes continue to amaze me. ππππ₯°β¨
The best part, though, is sharing it all with Alec. π We checked on the vegetables together and even did a little rain dance...π¦ππ¦πΊπ¦ and would you believe it, the clouds are finally starting to gather!

Tonight's dinner is a homegrown tromboncino squash curry, made with our own onions and garlic too. π§
