In a world that moves fast, our bodies often hold onto stress in ways we barely notice. Beth’s Daily Energy Routine offers nine simple, gentle movements to help clear stagnant patterns, wake up your energy system, and bring you back into balance.

Beth is a body and energy worker who supports people navigating the pressures of modern life ~ from workplace stress and sports injuries, to multi tasking mothers, difficult relationships, separation, anxiety in teenagers, loneliness and bereavement. Her work meets people exactly where they are, with compassion and grounded skill. She currently practises from Bath Natural Remedies and Glastonbury Natural Health Centre.

These practices can support brain fog, grounding, low mood, headaches, sensory dullness, nervous system overwhelm, ADHD and that feeling of being “not quite here.” Accessible to everyone, they offer a gentle way to reconnect, reset, and begin self healing.

You’ll leave the workshop with tools you can use anytime ~ simple movements that help you return to yourself.

Last week I graduated as an Akashic Record reader after a winter of deep diving 1:1 initiations, meditations & case studies with my humble teacher. It has been a profound experience.
Life has been speeding up for me significantly as new earth frequencies have been rapidly upgrading too.
I have already started to take bookings for Akashic Record readings with clients but I've had no time on social media to expand on my offerings and what a reading will involve. Watch the space....

Energy Rebalancing Workshop ✨

Thursday 30th April @ 6 - 7pm - 25min 1:1 slots

Gentle non intrusive energy and muscle testing followed by corrections for rebalancing the energy system.

Workshop Overview:

Understand how energy patterns flow and interact throughout your body. Through gentle observation it is possible to communicate with our energy system and receive rebalancing techniques where the flow is out of balance. For example if an organ is over or under energised, we might feel depressed, fatigued, stressed or anxious.

There can also be environmental factors such as too much exposure to electromagnetics that can cause us to feel disoriented or ungrounded. The body may require a magnetic reset to reorient itself with the Earth’s magnetic field.

What You Will Learn:

The workshop is based on “Eden Energy Medicine“ by Donna Eden. The principles focus on how the body’s energies flow, interact and impact on our health.

During the 1:1 session:

A brief overview of how you feel in your daily life. Followed by some unique energy testing techniques and muscle testing to pinpoint what can be addressed and corrected in your session.

Correction and rebalancing of a pinpointed out-of-balance system. The tools to empower your own healing. These will be simple exercises demonstrated to you in person by Beth. Followed by a video link to practise these exercises in the
comfort of your own home will also be shared.
