The heat from the facilities, combined with higher outdoor temperatures, can make you feel dehydrated more quickly. We recommend drinking plenty of water before, during and after your visit, taking regular breaks, and listening to your body.

Your wellbeing is our priority, and we want every visit to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
