A little update from me 🤍
I’ve made the difficult decision to take a short break from treatments for the next few weeks due to some personal circumstances that need my attention.

As an energy practitioner, I believe it’s incredibly important that I’m grounded, centred and energetically balanced before holding space for others. My clients deserve my full presence and the best version of me, and right now I need to take some time to give that same care and energy back to myself.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but I know it’s the right one. I’m hoping this will only be for a few weeks, and I’ll update the page as soon as I’m ready to reopen my diary.

I think one of the saddest things is how many people walk around carrying versions of themselves they created just to survive ✨

The people pleaser.
The strong one.
The one who laughs things off.
The one who says “I’m okay.”
The one who never asks for help.

Then one day you sit in silence and think... wait, which parts are actually me?

Maybe healing isn't adding more to yourself.

Maybe it's slowly letting go of everything you had to become just to make it through 🤍

That’s me wrapped up for the week 🤍✨
It’s been such a busy one, and honestly… the feedback from clients this week after their treatments has just been amazing. Hearing how much lighter, calmer, and more like themselves people feel... that’s everything to me. That’s why I do what I do.

I’ve never been someone who runs my business by pushing bookings or trying to get people to rebook before they leave. I trust it differently. I trust that when you need me, you’ll come. And if I don’t see you for a while? That just means you’re doing well, and I love that even more.
I let the universe guide the right people to me, at the right time. It might not be the “typical” business approach, but it’s what feels aligned for me… and weeks like this remind me that it works exactly as it’s meant to 🌿

I’m also so, so grateful for every bit of support. Whether you’ve come for a treatment, bought crystals, jewellery, bath salts or spell kits… or even just liked, shared or interacted with my posts, it genuinely means the world to me.
What a beautiful wee week it’s been (and the sunshine has just made it even better ☀️)

Now it’s time to switch off and spend the weekend with my amazing family 🤍
