I've created this programme to help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the unconscious patterns that often influence how they think, feel, communicate, and behave.
This isn't about labelling yourself or endlessly analysing the past. It's about developing awareness of the patterns that may be operating in the background and understanding how they continue to affect your life today.
Through a combination of teaching, workbook exercises, group discussion, self-reflection, and individual support, we'll explore how your experiences have shaped you and how greater awareness can create more choice moving forward.

The programme runs over 9 weeks and combines group learning, practical exercises, reflection, discussion, and individual support.

The Journey
Week 1 — Pre-Bootcamp 1:1 Session
Assessment & Preparation
Before we begin the group work, we'll meet individually.
This gives us the opportunity to explore your goals, discuss any challenges you're currently facing, identify recurring patterns, and create a clear focus for your journey through the programme.
Week 2 — Understanding Yourself
We'll begin by exploring how we think, react, and relate to ourselves.
Together we'll look at:
Internal patterns and self-awareness
The way we talk to ourselves
The ways we may overlook, minimise, or dismiss our feelings, strengths, or challenges
Week 3 — Understanding Relationships
Next, we'll explore how we interact with other people.
We'll examine:
Communication patterns
Emotional triggers
Relationship dynamics
How past experiences can influence present relationships
Week 4 — Understanding Your Blueprint
This session focuses on the messages and experiences that helped shape your sense of self.
We'll explore:
Childhood influences
Identity formation
Coping strategies
Core beliefs about yourself and the world
Week 5 — Midpoint 1:1 Session
Integration & Reflection
At the halfway point we'll meet individually again.
This session is an opportunity to reflect on what you've discovered so far, identify emerging patterns, discuss any emotional reactions to the material, and ensure you're getting the most from the programme.
Week 6 — Understanding Behavioural Patterns
By this point many people begin recognising patterns they never realised were there.
We'll explore:
Repetitive relationship cycles
Emotional patterns
Hidden motivations
Psychological payoffs
The roles we often find ourselves taking during conflict
Week 7 — Understanding The Bigger Picture
This session brings everything together.
We'll look at:
Recurring life themes
Emotional cycles
Patterns that repeat throughout relationships and life
The deeper stories and beliefs that may influence your choices and experiences
Week 8 — Integration & Reflection
Awareness Into Action
This is an opportunity to step back and connect everything we've explored.
Together we'll:
Review key insights
Identify recurring patterns

Week 9 — Final 1:1 Session
Consolidation & Future Planning
We finish with an individual session focused on reflection and future planning.
We'll review your progress, discuss the insights you've gained, identify any remaining growth areas, and explore how you can continue applying what you've learned beyond the programme.
