The Pilates Studio formerly based in Marple, now GLOSSOP specialising in SpineCare Pilates with over 20 years experience. We also offer live ZOOM classes and pre recorded sessions online, keeping you safe and fit! We work with a variety of people with various issues such as General Pain, Sciatica, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Heart Attacks, Strokes, Cancers and pre-Surgery Preparation

and post-Surgery Rehabilitation. We also work with sports people looking to get that edge in their performance from runners, footballers, racket sport players, golfers, hockey players, horse riders, rugby players and moto-x riders. If you have never done SpineCare Pilates with us we recommend you sign up for our FREE Taster class so you can get and idea of what we do at no expense to you, that way we believe you can then make an informed decision.
