TASTER PILATES CLASSES

I have a few one off 'taster' spots available in my Monday morning class over the next few weeks, running 11:10-12. £10 to try out my small group Pilates class - ideal if you are interested in attending but not quite sure you would like to commit to a full term yet. Adding resistance with bands… this is one of the pieces of equipment we’ll be using this term (which starts tomorrow!) Resistance bands really turn things up a notch!

Looking forward to the new term of classes next week. Final call for the only place I have left across my classes, one spot in my Monday morning class 11:10-12.

A 6 week block to help you get grips with Pilates and build a strong and supple body. You'll be surprised at how much you can progress in just 6 weeks with dedicated weekly practise in a small group with 1-1 tuition.

On the fence about committing to a 6 week term? Term based Pilates with a really small class is a deliberate decision by myself. I wanted to think of a way I can bring the benefits of a 1-1 class but at an affordable price for all and actually help you feel and see the difference over 6 weeks of commitment. There’s nothing better for me as a teacher than seeing my clients progress and achieve things they didn’t think they were capable of. If you want to make a commitment to yourself, for yourself, you can’t get better than term based training.

Two birddog variations featuring in upcoming classes and 1-1s. Slow and controlled, full body movements. Core stability, balance and strength. One version using our small Pilates ball (we’ll be working on this in our next Pilates term!) and the other using a dumbbell to also strengthen the back with a strict row movement.

I still have one space in my next Monday morning Pilates course - so if you want to work on spine health, core control, strength, mobility and flexibility then get in touch.

I've had the best day prepping for the next term of Pilates, starting with running through the Joseph Pilates’ classical repertoire myself and then building on last term's repertoire - keeping in all the foundational exercises while adding in some new, some challenges, and even more deep core work and knowledge. I love these days I get to spend planning for clients, they are always so exciting and inspiring and I just can't wait to move with you all next term!
