What is Deep Tissue Massage?

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to gently work into the deeper layers of muscle to help release built-up tension and tightness.

It isn’t always the lightest pressure treatment, but it should never feel painful. You may feel stretching and firm pressure — and afterwards, many clients say they feel lighter, looser, and more comfortable in their body.

This treatment can help with:

• Ongoing muscle tension
• Stiff shoulders and back discomfort
• Reduced mobility
• Recovery after exercise
• Everyday aches from busy routines

So many of us get used to living with tightness and just “pushing through” it. But your body deserves attention too.

I love everything about massaging! But my favourite this is shoulder release. As you can see people can hold a lot of tension and tightness in their upper back, which can result in suffering from tension headaches and stiff neck. By releasing shoulders and massaging tension from the upper back you can reduce tension headaches from happening.
