WHAT. A. NIGHT. ✨❤️

£180 RAISED for Becs’ Marathon Charity — Asthma UK! 🏃🏼‍♀️💗

What an absolutely brilliant bunch of girlies. From muddling our way through motherhood to running marathons, playing hockey and taking on HYROX… we covered A LOT of subjects in the studio tonight! 😂❤️

And the creations?! 😍🎨 SO many gorgeous pots were painted, and everyone got completely stuck into it.

Safe to say we went slightly overboard with the food & drink too… and everyone left the studio absolutely FULL to the brim! 🤣🍓🥂

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, donated, painted, ate, drank and supported our fundraiser — and especially for making my very first Paint a Pot Night such a special one. ✨

I loved it SO much that I’m already planning the next event… with a completely different thing to create 👀🤫

✨ A small price change to reflect the quality you deserve. ✨

For the first time in 6 years, we're making a small adjustment to the price of our 5-week Baby Massage, Yoga & Reflexology terms.

During that time, venue hire, materials and running costs have increased year after year. We've also continued to invest in specialist training, ensuring every class offers the highest standard of support, knowledge and care – delivered alongside our incredible NHS midwives.

From 1st September, our 5-week terms will be £60 – that's still just £12 per class for a 2-hour luxury sensory experience, unlimited hot drinks and cake, a fully guided Baby Massage, Yoga & Reflexology routine, baby weighing facilities, themed classes, welcome gift bags, graduation certificates and a welcoming community of local mums.

☕ To put that into perspective... £12 at Starbucks buys you a coffee and a toastie. £12 at Mama & Me gives you memories, confidence, connection and lifelong skills to support your baby's development. 🤍

Any Early Bird place booked before 1st September will still be honoured at our current price of £55.

A night of creativity, connection & cosy vibes — all while supporting an amazing cause 💛🐝🌻

We’re so excited to announce our special charity evening in aid of Asthma UK, supporting my sister Becca’s London Marathon fundraising journey 🏃‍♀️💫

This charity is incredibly close to our hearts 🤍

My sister Becca has battled asthma all of her life, losing count of the number of inhalers she has needed over the years. By taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon, she is raising awareness for asthma, supporting a cause so close to her heart, and pushing herself through such a huge physical challenge.

It’s also a cause that means a lot to me personally, as my youngest, Monty, has also experienced breathing difficulties and has needed both blue & brown inhalers. Although he is still too young for a diagnosis, it’s something we may explore further through the asthma pathway as he gets older.

Join us for a relaxed Mums’ Night Off — come in your comfiest clothes, enjoy gentle music, warm lights, yummy nibbles, pizza, boards & a little creative time for YOU 🤍
