☀️ With temperatures rising, it’s important to take extra care of ourselves and those around us during the hot weather. Staying hydrated helps keep our bodies cool, supports energy levels and prevents dehydration — so remember to drink little and often throughout the day. 💧

To stay safe in the heat:
✅ Keep homes cool by closing blinds or curtains during the hottest part of the day
✅ Use fans where possible and open windows in the evening when it’s cooler
✅ Wear light, loose-fitting clothing
✅ Avoid going out during peak heat hours if possible
✅ Eat water-rich foods like fruit, salad and yoghurt
✅ Check in on family, friends and neighbours, especially older or vulnerable people ❤️

Dawn joins us as a Field Care Supervisor and brings with her 10 years of experience within Health and Social Care. She describes herself as a caring and hardworking person who is always on the go and passionate about helping others. Known for being reliable, down-to-earth, and always up for a laugh, Dawn is committed to continuous growth and learning.
In her role, Dawn will be responsible for supporting staff in the field, ensuring high standards of care, and working closely with the team to deliver excellent service to our clients. The role bridges frontline care and management by ensuring care plans, policies, and standards are consistently applied, while providing reassurance and leadership to staff in the field.
