Trained Hands > Equiball 🤝
But why would we say such a thing about our own product?
Because we’ll always say it: trained hands will always come before Equiball.
If you know our story, you’ll know that’s exactly where Equiball began.
Equiball wasn’t created to replace equine bodyworkers or veterinary physiotherapists. It was created by one.
After developing a severe and rare illness that affected the mobility in my right arm, I was no longer able to massage horses full-time to the standard I expected of myself. I knew first-hand the difference that skilled, educated hands could make, and I also knew how difficult it was for owners to continue that care between appointments.
That’s why Equiball was born.
It’s designed to support, not replace, professional treatment.
💙 Helping owners continue massage between sessions.
💙 Making regular soft tissue work more accessible at home.
💙 Assisting with warming up muscles before exercise and supporting recovery afterwards.
💙 Providing an added dimension that hands alone can’t by allowing you to heat or cool the stainless steel ball for both heat therapy and cold therapy, depending on your horse’s needs.
Nothing replaces the assessment, knowledge and experience of a qualified bodyworker or veterinary physiotherapist.
It’s why we’re proud to work alongside equine physiotherapists, bodyworkers and rehabilitation professionals around the world, many of whom recommend and use Equiball as part of their own treatment programmes or as a way for owners to continue prescribed massage techniques between appointments.
Equiball is simply another tool that allows owners to continue caring for their horses in between those professional visits.
The best results come when experienced professionals and dedicated owners work together.
That has always been, and always will be, what Equiball stands for. 💙🐴
