Tami will be at the Chatty Cafe holding a session of chair exercises at 10.30am.

Chatty Cafe runs every Monday at Gloucester Community Church on Stroud Road and asks for a £2 donation. This includes unlimited tea/coffee and cake or biscuits. ☕ 🍰

Flora will be at Chatty Café on Monday the 6th of July talking about AI, she will also be able to support you with any mobile phone or tablet queries.
Chatty Café runs every Monday (except bank holidays) form 10-12 at Gloucester Community Church on Stroud Road, they ask for a £2 donation and offer unlimited tea/coffee with cake or biscuits.

Why not pop along tomorrow to a free cafe morning at Blackbridge Community Sports hub.
This is a free even running on Friday mornings.
It is a smaller group so great for those who don't enjoy busy spaces.
