✨ Have you ever wondered what the Lean On Me office looks like?

This is the place where decisions are made, creativity happens and your queries are answered.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at our newly reorganised office and dedicated training and resources room! As our team continues to grow, we are creating a welcoming and professional space where our staff can collaborate, learn and develop.

Our training room now has a profiling bed in place, with more specialist equipment to follow, helping us deliver practical, high-quality training to our care team.

Lean On Me Care Services is constantly growing and evolving, but our commitment remains the same: providing safe, compassionate, high-quality care to the people we support.

Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that make the biggest difference. 🧵❤️

To some, this is just a needle, thread and a pair of scissors.

To us, it’s so much more.

One of our wonderful carers, Toni, took her own sewing kit to work to sew the buttons back onto one of our client’s trousers. It wasn’t part of the care plan, and nobody asked her to do it. She simply saw something that needed doing and wanted to help.

This is what our 💛 Gold Standard of Care 💛looks like.

It’s the little acts of kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness that make all the difference. Going above and beyond isn’t something we ask our team to do – it’s simply who they are.

We’re incredibly proud of Toni for showing exactly what Lean On Me Care Services is all about. 💛

Because care isn’t just about the tasks we complete – it’s about making life that little bit easier, preserving dignity, and showing our clients they truly matter.

💛 Another wonderful day making memories with Matt. 💛

Today we supported Matt on his weekly social call.

His choice for the day was a trip into town for a little retail therapy, followed by a well-deserved lunch. Safe to say, he thoroughly enjoyed it… that plate was completely empty by the end! 😄🍽️

To round off the day, Matt enjoyed a stroll around Gloucester Cathedral, taking in the sights and making the most of the sunshine.

Matt asked if we would share this photo with you all because he had such a fantastic day, and we were more than happy to do so.

At Lean On Me Care Services, we believe care is about so much more than supporting people with daily tasks. It’s about helping people stay connected to their community, enjoy the things they love, and create meaningful memories along the way.

💛 Meet our Lean On Me training doll, who is proudly supporting Sunflowers Su***de Support by wearing one of their t-shirts. 🌻

She’ll be helping us deliver practical training to our care team, building confidence and skills so we can continue providing the gold standard of care our clients deserve.

At Lean On Me, we believe caring for others starts with compassion, whether that’s supporting our own community, investing in high-quality training, or raising awareness for charities doing incredible work.

That’s why photographs are so important to us. They capture special moments, celebrate achievements, and tell the story of each person’s unique journey.

We have created, and continue to create, personalised memory books for our clients and their families. Filled with photos, milestones, and familiar faces, they celebrate not only our clients’ achievements but also the friendships and support they’ve shared with staff, past and present.

These memory books are something to treasure, allowing everyone to reflect on how far they’ve come and the many moments that have made the journey so special. 💛
