Slow mornings at The Corner Retreat 🤎

Swapping the morning coffee for a cup of ceremonial cacao today — a little experiment to see how it feels for steadier energy. 🍫🌿

One of my favourite things about this space is that it reminds me to slow down too.

Fresh air, a warm mug and a few peaceful minutes beside the sauna before the day begins.

Wellness doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply creating a little space to pause. 🌿

It’s all the little touches I love most — getting the space ready so that when you walk through the gate, all you need to do is switch off, breathe and enjoy your hour. 🤍
